If you believe there is a break-in or theft in progress, contact 911 immediately to report first so the Police Department can be dispatched right away. It’s also a good idea to inform the Gatehouse after you have notified the Police Department first.

The KPPM Connection is an online tool that offers enhanced homeowner services. Using the portal, you can make online payments, view current and previous four (4) months worth of Statements and Billing Inserts, and sign up enhanced email notifications.
